"Thoughts Control Technique - The Magic of the Mind"



Human mind is like a multitasking internal projector that allows us to experience different sorts of internal sensations. We can see on it visual images or movies , we can hear sounds as they would be real, and also we can feel kinesthetic and sensual sensation. This what the mind is projecting has significant impact on our emotions, motivations, feelings and finally our “real life”. If we don’t have control over this what we experience inside our head  as consequences we are being at risk of suffering from mental health problems. If we start to think pessimistically to much and it gets out of control then the spiral of the thoughts starts to go down and it changes gradually into deeper psychological complications. A lot of people tend to do over thinking about specific situations/incidents especially if they were difficult. As we all know life isn’t always “sweet” and it can bring nasty or even traumatic “surprises” at times that they make us to think a lot. For our own benefit it is recommended to accept the fact that something happened and instead of doing too much thinking about it and recalling event(s) repetitively we should analyze it within as short period of time as possible and seek quick solution that will give us chance to “move forward”. Over-thinking about uncomfortable situation does not bring any good and it leads to mental health problems. If you already having them you need to really quickly “stand up on your feet” again and say  “that’s enough” to those internal experiences that make you feel low and your life complicated at the same time. The solution for majority of psychological issues is to take control back over your own mind, own thoughts! I know... a lot of people would say how do I do it, how can I control my thoughts if everything I can think of is darkness and hopelessness or I cannot control my mind at all, the flow of the thoughts just goes and goes without my will... But it is not truth!!! A lot of mental health issues can be easily solved by using self help techniques...I'm not saying that all of them...sometimes there is a need of consultation with counsellor or psychotherapist... but majority of them you can resolve by yourself...You posses all essential abilities to be happy in your life!!! I would say that a lot of people feel bad because they let the negative thoughts possess their mind... and by doing nothing it is like giving them permission to become more powerful and influence mind even worse... Medication itself will not resolve the problem, it will help to certain extend but they do not resolve the roots of the problem!!!...You need to take your mind in your own hands, power is within you... I can assure you about that... If you having bad thoughts inside your mind (they start most of the mental health issues) change their color to black and white and ZOOM THEM AWAY as you would do it in the digital camera until they will become nearly invisible, and when they become tiny just explode them and let the cosmic wind blow them away...If you hear sounds or voices that make you feel distressed make them to sound funny for example like donald duck or like music that makes you laugh. Start to motivate yourself and in order to do it think of something that you enjoy... find yourself a goal that you would like to achieve and see it on your internal screen and ZOOM IT IN until it will be right on the front of you...then step into it and feel it as it would be real... Do it everyday starting gradually with small goals and progress to bigger once over the time. Also repeat constantly some positive affirmation for example. : - Everyday i feel better and better and I fell more positive energy inside me... Practice mediation... Eat well, sleep at least five hours a day, and do outdoor exercises... Additionally find yourself inspiring books. For psychological issues the most helpful are books about personal development and about exploration of the mind. Once you will explore limitless resources of your mind you will always better cope with all the "bad surprises" that life can bring and "mental struggles" as well. Understanding the way mind works and the roots of the problem are the keys to mental health wellness...Please remember two important things: "Life is like a muscle, everyday exercise makes it stronger and stronger" ... and "life is like a mirror reflection of the state of your mind"... YOU ARE THE MASTER OF YOUR MIND...time to take this power back... Lift yourself up from the spiral going downwards and put yourself into spiral going upwards... with a time you will start to feel better and you will start attract more and more positive energy to yourself...
